Agreement for Requesting PDF Book and Marketing Contact

This Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of today (the "Effective Date"), by and between the undersigned individual(s) (referred to as the "User") and MGI Publications (referred to as the "Company").

By submitting your personal information via the form field to request a PDF book, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Personal Information: The User understands and agrees that by submitting the form to request the PDF book, certain personal information will be collected, including but not limited to the User's name, email address, phone number, and mailing address. The User acknowledges that the Company will handle this personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

Purpose of Information Collection: The User grants MGI Publications permission to collect, store, and use the personal information provided via the form for the purpose of delivering the requested PDF book. Additionally, the User consents to MGI Publications using the personal information to contact the User via email, phone, and mail for marketing purposes, which may include promotional offers, event invitation, newsletters, updates, and other relevant communications.

Third-Party Disclosure: MGI Publications may disclose the User's personal information to trusted third parties, such as service providers or affiliates, for the purpose of marketing activities or providing the requested PDF book. MGI Publications will take reasonable measures to ensure that these third parties maintain the confidentiality and security of the personal information.

Opt-Out Provision: The User has the right to opt out of receiving marketing communications from MGI Publications at any time. If the User wishes to unsubscribe or withdraw consent, they may do so by following the instructions provided in each communication or by contacting MGI Publications directly using the contact information provided below.

Data Security: MGI Publications will take reasonable measures to protect the personal information collected from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. However, the User acknowledges that no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage method is completely secure, and MGI Publications cannot guarantee the absolute security of the personal information.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the User and MGI Publications regarding the use of personal information for marketing purposes and supersedes any prior agreements, discussions, or understandings, whether written or verbal.

By submitting the form and requesting the PDF book, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
